About Dr. Panchbhaiya
Board-certified podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon Siraj Panchbhaiya, DPM, FACFAS, brings considerable experience in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive ankle surgery to Eastside Podiatry PLLC, serving men, women, and families in and around St. Clair Shores and Fraser, Michigan.
Dr. Panchbhaiya was born and raised in Gujarat, India. He began his professional education at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He subsequently enrolled at the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, and obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Panchbhaiya completed a residency at St. John Macomb Oakland Hospital in Warren, Michigan, and the affiliated Beaumont Troy Hospital in Troy, Michigan. There, he received specialized training in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive ankle surgery.
As a podiatrist, Dr. Panchbaiya has special interest in diabetic foot ulcers, diabetic limb salvage, and foot and ankle trauma. In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Panchbhaiya is a member of the Amputation Prevention Center of America and regularly saves limbs at St. John Moross Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital in Grosse Pointe, Michigan.
Dr. Panchbhaiya proudly holds membership in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery and hospital privileges at several medical centers around the Detroit area including St. John Moross Hospital and Medical Center, Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital, St. John Moross Wound Care and Amputation Prevention Center, St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital and Medical Center, and St. John Macomb Wound Care Center.
Dr. Panchbhaiya enjoys spending time with his wife, friends, and family. He’s an active individual and enjoys playing sports such as racquetball, table tennis, volleyball, cricket, and swimming.
